We design the conversation.
The idea behind SpielLogic Games
We built SpielLogic Games because we kept running workshops where the slides were perfect and nothing changed.
Enterprise teams have complex problems. The tools available to work through them together are mostly lectures with Q&A. We believe that is the wrong format for hard problems, and that play is underrated as a vehicle for serious work.
Every SpielLogic game is designed around one real enterprise challenge. The mechanics are the method.
Built by consultants who got tired of workshops nobody remembered.
SpielLogic Games was founded by enterprise consultants and facilitators who spent years running workshops that disappeared the moment the slides closed. We built games because experience beats explanation, and because the best debriefs we ever ran happened after a round of play, not a PowerPoint.
Every game in the catalog started as a session we needed to work in a real room, with a real mixed audience, under real time pressure. We build the tools we wished we had.
Real problems
Every game is built around a challenge your organization actually faces: AI governance, cloud cost, cybersecurity, industrial architecture. Not theory. Not simulation. The actual problem.
Conference room ready
Easy to facilitate. No setup overhead. Works with mixed technical and non technical groups. Runs standalone in 30–90 minutes or pairs with a full facilitation guide.
Decisions that stick
Players walk out with shared language, shared experience, and decisions they remember making. The debrief writes itself. That's more than any slide deck ever managed.
“We build games because experience beats explanation. Every time.”
