Most games ship with a facilitator reference guide. No prep beyond reading it once. You can run Rogue AI with 20 executives having never played it yourself. Setup time: under 5 minutes. Debrief time: whatever you need.
Scales from 2 to 200
The games scale to fit the room. Groups over 6 split into teams that play together and debrief as one. Groups over 25 run multiple copies in parallel across several tables, then compare notes. The format holds from a single team to a full conference room.
The debrief writes itself
The best part of any SpielLogic game is what happens after. Players have made decisions together, argued over trade offs, and felt the consequences. The debrief is just surfacing what they already know. Most games come with a structured facilitation guide in the box.
