Model Zero
Industrial AI Architecture Workshop Kit
Everyone is talking about AI in industrial operations. Very few people agree on how to actually build it.
Model Zero is a workshop kit for technical teams and architects designing industrial AI systems: edge inference, OT/IT integration, data pipelines, model governance. Players work through real architecture decisions, surface the trade-offs, and build shared understanding of what it actually takes to get AI running reliably on the shop floor.
Not theory. Architecture decisions, made together, under realistic constraints.

How facilitators use it
Open a session
Start the first round without a briefing. Hand out cards, explain the objective in 60 seconds, and let people learn the mechanics by playing. The moment it clicks in round two is worth more than ten minutes of explanation.
Drive the debrief
Ask one open question and let the room run with it. Players reference their own moves, so the discussion is already in front of you. Shared language and shared experience do the rest.
Pair with a guide
Run it standalone, or pair it with the structured facilitation guide included in the box. The guide adds pre session framing, timed facilitation notes, and a full debrief script.
These are professional workshop tools, not party games. Each one is built around real industry knowledge and designed for organizations, and the price reflects that. See current pricing on The Game Crafter.

SpielLogic builds card games and workshop tools for enterprises, consultants, and facilitators who are tired of slide decks that nobody remembers. Every game is designed around a real business problem and built to be played in a conference room with a mixed audience. The format works because experience beats explanation. Every SpielLogic game runs standalone or pairs with a structured facilitation guide you can run yourself.
