Rogue AI
The AI Governance Card Game
Your team is deploying AI faster than anyone can keep up with. Use cases are launching, adoption points are climbing, and leadership is thrilled. There's just one problem. The regulators are watching, the audit threshold is rising, and one bad incident can unravel everything you've built.
Rogue AI is a fast, competitive card game about the tension at the heart of every enterprise AI program: the pressure to move fast versus the discipline to govern well. Players deploy AI use cases to rack up Adoption Points, but every deployment adds Risk. Too much Risk and you're rolling against the Audit, and when Incidents hit, things get messy fast.
It's easy to learn, hard to master, and hits different every time.

How facilitators use it
Open a session
Start the first round without a briefing. Hand out cards, explain the objective in 60 seconds, and let people figure out the mechanics by playing. The aha moment in round two is worth more than ten minutes of explanation.
Drive the debrief
Ask one question: what governance decision do you wish you had made earlier? Everything else follows. Players will reference their own moves, so the discussion is already in the room.
Pair with a guide
The structured facilitation guide included in the box adds pre session framing, timed facilitation notes, and a full debrief script.
